"reason="Report error service is not available"
I'm not sure if I'm looking at the right part, there is this line about "SIP/2.0 503 Service unavailable" I am trying to look at the client logs as suggested previously. the office web apps page and xml loads successfully on the servers in the second pool. I have portlifted tcp 443 and 80 between all the second pool lync servers and the Office web apps server (in the same site as pool 1). however, there are two pools in my environment and I realized users in the second pool are unable to share powerpoint (whiteboard and polls work). If you have feedback for TechNet Subscriber Support, Sharon, I was able to share powerpoint as mentioned previously. Please remember to mark the replies as answers if they helped.

You could execute the command “Get-OfficeWebAppsFarm | fl *URL, Machines, Cert*” to check if the configurations are correct. Not sure if there is anything more i can try. I have checked the event viewer logs for office web apps server when i try to trigger a sharing of powerpoint presentation, but no errors were triggered on the office web apps logs. net3.5 framework should also be installed (verified that it was installed on Office web apps server), is it required on the frontend servers as well? CertificateName "OfficeWebApps Certificate" not sure if it matters/is required, i specified the same url for internalurl and externalurl when creating the officewebappsfarm. i have deleted the officewebappsfarm andĬreated it again. i have repeated the installation of this update, just in case.
